First things first. You don't have to be a member of the household to camp with Elerisian Fields. Just read the rest of this page and then get ahold of us if you think you want to camp with us, we will do the rest.
Pennsic camp fees are $10 a day, to a $100 maximum which must be paid BEFORE you arrive. Contact Lady Eridana to arrange payment. This provides for ice, firewood, one big meal daily(usually evening), some nibbles around noon (veggie bits, bread, summer sausage), coffee/muffins/danish or something in the morning, and your tent or tents dependent on your group size, as well as our labor in setting it up before you get there. Camp fees can be negotiated in trade for help around the camp, cleaning up, packing out trash, carting ice, and other stuff too. Yes, Elerisian will be taking application for camp indentures, as well. If you are interested in this, please contact Ealasaid or Eridana to negotiate a fair trade.
In order to camp with Elerisian Fields, it's really quite simple. On the Pennsic Pre-Registration Form where it asks for Group Name, write down ELERISIAN FIELDS. Of course we do ask that you contact us first so that we both don't end up with misconceptions on who and what we are. Below you will find links to the main Pennsic Website where you will find information on Pre-Registering. You must Pre-Register with the group so that we can have a land allotment for you.
